We are a collective movement dedicated to unlocking the potential within every young person. We believe that true world change begins internally, which is why our foundation is built on three essential pillars: experiencing deep healing, discovering unique purpose, and cultivating active faith. We are committed to making restoration accessible to all by providing practical support systems, including affordable therapy and telehealth services. We exist not just to inspire youth, but to equip them with the essential tools they need to become resilient leaders who actively transform their communities.

Passion to Inspire began in the heart of our founder, Marylyn (Lynn) Ndlela, at the age of 15. This vision, initially a non-profit idea, has since evolved in the last five years into a faith based, trauma-informed Telehealth practice, rooted in professional expertise and profound lived experience.
The entire practice is deeply inspired by the mandate of Isaiah 61:1-3 which is to bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim freedom for the captives, and comfort all who mourn.
Lynn is an Occupational Therapist and a Certified Trauma-Informed Life Coach, currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology.
Called into Practice: Lynn's Postgraduate Diploma of Arts in Theology and five years of leadership in youth ministry provide a foundation of faith, compassion, and spiritual discernment.
Clinical Authority: Her experience as a Junior Occupational Therapist at U-Turn Homeless Ministries; a place of social justice and spiritual renewal is the living testimony of this cross-pollination. She has had the privilege of working in a faith based organisation and use clinical practice with no limits on how spirituality affects client outcomes. This highlights her ability to successfully integrate clinical, evidence-based recovery strategies within a spiritually and socially driven setting.
Lynn's academic record demonstrates a strong commitment to applying OT principles to real-world social change:
Human Occupation as Justice: Received the highest distinction in the Human Occupational Therapy module, focusing on the political integration of OT's role in community development, public health, political practice, and occupation-based practice.
Thought Leadership: Invited to speak at the OT Department's 40th Birthday UnConference to present her work on the theme "Inclusion, Diversity and Justice," based on her critical oral exam presentation.
Campaign Example: Led the "Annoyance Awareness Campaign" to promote social responsibility and address systemic injustice (View the original site here: Annoyance Awareness Campaign).
Top Academic Achievement: Completed her Postgraduate Diploma of Arts 1st place with Distinction and received the Top Academics Award.
OT Leadership: Served as Chairperson of the Community and Health Science Faculty Student Council and Deputy Chairperson of the Occupational Therapy Council (2023).
Honored Member of the Golden Key International Honour Society.
